Going ‘Beyond the Reveal’ in the New – and now lovingly broken-in – Kitchen with Caliber Appliances!
A Range with Beautiful Impact
As you may by now know, it was a chance meeting while working with the incredibly knowledgeable crew at Midland Appliances here that led me to the Caliber Range. As soon as I spotted the floor model in the showroom, I knew I was looking at a beautiful MACHINE. From the professional appeal – a useful depth and large center-to-center for the burners, 120 flame ports per burner, stainless spoon rest and flexible French Top – to the overall LOOK, I was immediately in love.
While a more modern approach to Kitchen Design is to blend a cooktop into cabinetry, minimizing it’s impact on the overall look and feel. But I COOK. I like the weight, the fire, the substance. (And yes, there is often smoke on a hot sear or steam off a boiling pot as the original Miriam Aroeste artwork behind it would suggest LOL!).
After now having the Caliber Pro Range in my home for almost a WHOLE YEAR (where did THAT time go?!) I can safely say it’s lived up to every expectation for this serious Home Cook (and for my professional Chef son!).
